If you are not completely happy, our return and refund policy below outlines your options clearly.
SECTION 1 – RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
- Unboxing video proof is mandatory.
- Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package showing the full product and packaging condition.
- Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.
Note: Energized or customized products (such as astrological rings, gemstones, or personalized remedies) cannot be returned or refunded due to their spiritual and customized nature.
SECTION 2 – RETURN PROCESS
- Email us at support@astroindia.shop within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order ID, product name, and unboxing video in the email.
- Our support team will verify your request and provide the return shipping details.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.
SECTION 3 – REFUND METHOD
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
- In case of defective or wrong items (verified through unboxing proof), we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
SECTION 4 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized astrological rings and gemstone jewelry
- Energized or spiritually activated gemstones
- Digital astrology services, reports, or consultations
SECTION 5 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — processing time may vary.
