If you are not completely happy, our return and refund policy below outlines your options clearly.

SECTION 1 – RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
• Unboxing video proof is mandatory.
  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package showing the full product and packaging condition.
  • Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

Note: Energized or customized products (such as astrological rings, gemstones, or personalized remedies) cannot be returned or refunded due to their spiritual and customized nature.

2. Include your order ID, product name, and unboxing video in the email.
3. Our support team will verify your request and provide the return shipping details.

SECTION 3 – REFUND METHOD

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
• In case of defective or wrong items (verified through unboxing proof), we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
