This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered from astroindia.shop.
SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Customized or energized gemstones and rings may take an additional 2–3 business days for preparation and energization before dispatch.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
If your order is delayed due to stock or courier issues, we’ll inform you via email or WhatsApp.
SECTION 2 – FREE SHIPPING (PAN INDIA) 🇮🇳
We proudly offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders across India.
There are no hidden charges or minimum order values — every product on astroindia.shop qualifies for free shipping.
Whether you order a single gemstone or a complete astrological set — shipping is always 100% FREE.
SECTION 3 – ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT ON ONLINE PAYMENTS 💰
We encourage prepaid payments for a smoother delivery experience.
Customers who choose Online Payment (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.) are eligible for an exclusive 5% OFF on their total order value
Note: This discount is automatically applied at checkout for prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for this offer.
SECTION 4 – DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery timeline (after dispatch):
- Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
- Express Delivery (select locations): 2–4 business days
Delivery timelines depend on your pin code and courier service availability.
We always aim to ship using trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery.
SECTION 5 – ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment directly using the courier’s tracking link.
If tracking details are not received within 3 business days after ordering, please reach out to support@astroindia.shop
SECTION 6 – UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT 🎥
For your safety and to process any damage or missing item claims:
- Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel.
- Show the outer packaging, shipping label, and full product clearly in the video.
This unboxing video is mandatory for return or refund eligibility.
Without this proof, no return or refund will be accepted.
SECTION 7 – DELIVERY ISSUES
🧿 Damaged or Wrong Products:
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and unboxing video.
🚫 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery:
If the delivery fails due to incorrect details or refusal to accept, re-shipping fees may apply.
Such orders are not eligible for free re-delivery.
SECTION 8 – DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your shipment is delayed or lost:
- Contact us at support@astroindia.shop with your order ID.
We’ll coordinate with the courier partner to locate your package.
While ASTRO INDIA is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control, we’ll assist you until your order is safely delivered.

Currently, astroindia.shop delivers only within India.
